It's all about SpicyNodes

So I've been looking for more creative ways to present information to students. I love Prezi and have stumbled upon Diigo Slides. My goal is to move away from powerpoint for in class presentations and use more interactive, non-predictable technologies.

I've always love concept maps (Inspiration user here) and mind maps (I heart MindMiester). SpicyNodes is a combination of the two.

Below is a SpicyNode I made for a lecture I gave on Web 2.0 to some grad students at George Mason University.

E-Portfolios using Google Sites

This is still a work in progress. I did a mini-workshop for some of our PhD candidates at Morgan State. It's a bunch of screenshots on how to setup am electronic portfolio using Google Sites.

Here's the link on Slideshare.
